Guillaume Tendron
My heart bleeds from the lack of empathy which seems to have become the current norm.
Kindness, tenderness, and benevolence seem to have become weaknesses.
Distance, confinement, borders, and lockdowns have become law. Saint- Covid, pray for us.
People communicate on social networks but no longer know how to say hello on the street or talk together at the café.
Couples no longer talk to each other, they dine face to face with their mobile phones.
Nations no longer meet around the table of diplomacy but on the
fields of horrors whose daily chronicles are relayed by jackal media.
Empathy, kindness, sharing, open-mindedness, benevolence, where have you gone, I miss you terribly.
